The kitchen is fully equipped with new professional All-Clad cookware, crock-pot, fondue maker, emersion blender and all the tools you need to cook a quick snack or gourmet meal. The oversized private deck features a large gas grill, perfect after a long day on the slopes. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The primary bedroom is on the top floor of the unit and features a new luxury Serta king sized bed and a smart flat screen TV. The designer en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity, large soaking tub, and a standing shower with ski slope views. The second guest suite features a luxury Serta king sized bed and smart flat screen TV. The guest suite bathroom features designer finishes and a large shower & soaking tub. The third bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.This is a family and kid friendly unit. Enjoy dozens of games and puzzles for kids and adults alike. There are plenty of children's books, toys and a pack and play. Want to go sledding, no problem. Have fun with the sleds in the garage and hill right out back!At just under 1800 square feet spread across three levels, the privacy is unmatched in River Run Village. A private garage allows parking for one vehicle, with room for a second in the driveway. Only a short walk from the slopes, you will also enjoy access to the amenities at nearby Red Hawk Lodge (500 ft away), including a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs, fire pit, sauna, a fitness center, and a cozy lobby with a pool table and foosball table.Don't feel like cooking? River Run Village is just a short 10-minute walk away. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning. Window fans are provided, but rarely needed.There is parking for two vehicles at this condo. This community has listed overflow parking at first come first served basis however Property Manager can not guarantee access to overflow parking onsite. Summit County STR License number: STR21-01758Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.

    "Unfortunately, Marina Place is not that well-built, and you get a lot of noise from neighboring units, particularly upstairs from you. Also, downtown Dillon is building over a lot of open, previous parking spaces. They will end up like Breckenridge, with no parking a bad traffic."

    "A couple years ago, when I looked at 20+ properties, my broker (a close friend whose family has owned over 20 properties in Summit over the years) told me the Town of Dillon proper offers by far the best value in Summit. So I bought in Dillon, and he was more than right. Here's why: - 2+ more hours of daylight than Frisco, where you pay a ton of money for newer construction but get early nightfall and cold cloud cover; there's a reason Dillon has older construction: it was built first because it's the best location. Frisco was literally a trailer park not too long ago. - Dillon's on the east side of the lake... the WARM and SUNNY side with kinder weather patterns. It's hard to believe until you experience it over and over again, but it's often sunny in Dillon when it's cloudy and snowing in Frisco! - Compared to the Wildernest area, Dillon is closer to Keystone, Breck, A-Basin, especially on busy ski days when traffic backs up at the traffic lights near I-70. Also very far to walk anywhere in Wildernest. - Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance, and a walk along the massive lake with the 10-mile range as a back drop literally in our backyard. - Town of Dillon renovation project is well under way. Within a few years there will be an expanded marina and dock, and an enclosed restaurant in addition to the existing Tiki Bar. Project likely to substantially increase property values upon completion. - You get so much bang for your buck in Dillon, nowhere can compete with all the amenities for the price."
