Owner pays for heat, hot & cold water, and sewer. Renter responsible for electric & cable/internet. First month's rent & security deposit (equal to 1 month's base rent) also due at signing. Non refundable credit/background check fee due at application (unless processed by Zillow). **Zillow applications are strongly preferred** 2 off-street parking spaces are for this unit but there is no assigned parking.

No dogs (unless registered service animals that comply with HUD & ADA rules & regulations) - Indoor spayed/neutered cats permitted.

Then, coordinate with Mike through Zillow's (or Trulia's or Hotpads') in-app messaging where you may possibly securely exchange phone numbers as well, if needed, or just use the in-app messaging to schedule a tour. You will not see this unit legitimately listed on Facebook marketplace nor Craigslist. Please be careful of scams and protect yourself during your apartment search. Do not pay anyone (other than Zillow for their application fee) to see or hold this unit until after you have applied on Zillow & met our representative Mike INSIDE the actual unit, during your tour, and received communication from Mike directly of approval to move forward in the leasing process. Coordinate any initial signing payment(s) of first month rent & security deposit (with Mike only), after meeting him at your in-person, interior, tour during your initial application/leasing process.
