This nice second floor studio apartment is available now. All utilities are included with this unit, except for cable and internet. Located in the heart of Historic Apponaug, in Warwick. This unit is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, bus lines, highways, etc. Plenty within walking distance. Building has off street parking in the back, also a dumpster that gets emptied weekly.
