"All dogs are kept on their leash and friendly when approached. There is a great fenced in yard for dogs to run and play as well as plenty of safe and quiet roads for walking on leash. Roads are private and not accessed by street traffic so random cars driving through are very minimal. Close driving distance to several dog friendly parks!"

"we just moved in 2020 to Cambridge park so alot of the normal events haven't been happening but the neighbors have approached us about block party's and other neighborhood events in the fall. It's a great area to live and there are always kids And adults biking , walking and more. Definitely more small town vibe with out the taxes of Cherry Hill and Mt Laurel. "
  • Trulia User

"Schools are great!!! Teachers are amazing!!!! Taxes are high, but you get what you pay for. If you have children, definitely a great place to live. Single or just a couple, not needing the schools. I’d look somewhere else. The schools are what keep us here. When they graduate, we’ll move.. Con: Traffic!!! "
  • Sherri B.
"I just love the schools!!!! Also, love my development. People a friendly and safe go out of their way to help. Quiet when suppose to be. Knock on wood, I’ve never had a problem here... I would stay forever if not for the taxes.town is very nice. The only problem is route 70 and 73... They’re parking lot. God help us in the summer when it’s beach time."
  • Trulia User

  • Will R.
"Any location in NJ has three routes to reach it by car, and if you want to go into Philly (Atlantic City, or anywhere else on the line) by train, there are stations with cheap parking nearby."
  • Christy T.
"I have lived in Marlton for almost two years- I love it. It’s very safe and quiet but also close driving distance to shopping and restaurants. "
  • Stanley L.
"There's only one bus route that is not easily accessible. There are many stores in the are that make living here convenient. The drive towards Philadelphia can be a nuisance depending on the time of day. Rte73, between Rte 70 and the promenade tend to be high traffic areas. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are generally friendly. My packages and cars are safe. I would continue to live here as long as I can. "
  • Tablerkimberly
"Easy with not a whole lot of traffic- but my commute is just taking my kids to school and back between 8-3"
  • Allyson M.
"There are a lot of dogs and the area seems dog friendly. It’s nice that most people pick up after their dogs."
  • Elizabeth.rd625
"Everyone has dogs around here. Mostly friendly dogs and owners. Most of us are respectful of eachother space and cleaning up after the dogs "
