It also has newer interior white doors, new light fixtures, electrical outlets and switches, and newer stainless appliances in the kitchen. The mainfloor and one bedroom have laminate flooring. Bedrooms are carpeted.
Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide G&B Realty and Management with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides G&B Realty and Management with a PTSR, G&B Realty and Mangement is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for G&B Realty and Management to access or use the PTSR.
