    "There are so many kids in the neighborhood! I feel safe enough to let my kids play outside with the door open. The schools are great! My kids love the parks and going fishing right around the corner! We are also only fifteen to twenty minutes from the beach! Be aware of reckless teenage drivers. During holidays the fireworks are awesome in our neighborhood! Rent is very high for wages in the area and I wouldn’t approve of my child working at many restaurants around here."

I can also smell bombfires burning at night while we roasted marshmallows and hotdogs, I see my neighbors doing the same thing and you can still smell breakfast cooking throughout the area on weekends."
