Your will enjoy our 3bd/2bath 1530 sq ft open floor plan home with all the comforts of your own home and more... Our beautiful home sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with a king size bed 40" smart TV a large walk-in closet and a master bath with dbl sinks and a walk-in shower. Separate guest suite on the other side of the living area has a pocket door to separate bdrm #2 that is soothingly decorated with a Queen size bed bdrm #3 that is bright and furnished with twin beds and a guest bath. There is a pull out sofa bed for one in the living room.
Your stay includes all linens bath and pool towels hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer /dryer on pedestals for your convenience a two car garage with remote a screened in lanai furnished with comfortable cushioned chairs and footstools a love seat and patio table for four a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in your private yard with privacy walls in back and on one side. Outdoor patio has patio chairs and a gas grill.
The living room has beautiful leather furniture including a dbl recliner sofa a recliner rocker and a 60" smart TV that has a full cable package. Bring your laptop and your other devices because high speed internet/wifi are also included.
 You are 1 1/2 blocks from your Virginia Trace pool and a little longer walk or a couple of minutes golf cart ride to the Canal Street Village Recreation Center where you can enjoy tennis pickle ball horseshoe pits boccie ball shuffleboard courts billiard rooms and meeting rooms for clubs and activities and a family pool where you can swim with your grand kids. You have access to all neighborhood village and regional recreation centers and all executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Temporary resident ID card and golfing at the 12 championship golf courses for an additional fee.
You can't beat this location so close to the nightly entertainment with dancing in the Lake Sumter Square plentiful restaurants have fun taking your golf cart to the Winn Dixie that is right around the corner and centrally located to the two other town squares Brownwood and Spanish Springs.

Rent varies by month. Deposit of $1000.00 required with signed rental agreement within 7 days of booking to hold reservation. Only NON-Smokers please inquire, pets considered with a $100/mo. pet fee, damage deposit $250, Cleaning fee is $145, Temporary resident ID's are $50 per rental period (2 person limit) others are considered guests of the renters.     "This article pertains to men age 65 Best Retirement Community in America! There’s almost no crime, no graffiti, no trash, no falling apart roads, no run down properties, and yes there are children 22% of the population is allowed to be under the age of 25 & more if needed to take care of a parent, etc (after all it is a Retirement Community). The biggest activity is Bowling (no it’s not Swinging), there are 60 Golf Courses (free to play), largest Golf Cart Community in the the world with over 65,000 Golf Carts, 104 pools (1/3 are for kids), over 3600 Clubs (all activities are free some may include a small fee for supplies or personal instruction), 3 Town Squares with free Entertainment & Dancing nightly 5 till 9 with some of the best bands in the industry. Plantings changed quarterly and every inch of the landscape manicured to perfection. That’s what people come to the Villages for from around the world (most are actually from Florida that live here year round) and what makes it the fastest growing city in America. "
