Room Description

Male Roommate wanted. Upstairs unfurnished private room available with a shared bathroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Rent is $700 month, deposit $700. Tenant also required to pay $150 a month towards utilities. Currently there are two male roommates (46 and 66 years old). We are looking for one additional male roommate (total of 3 occupants). No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed. Move in ready 2/1/26 and lease ends 7/31/27. The rest of the home is furnished and you have access to use the rest of the home including washer/dryer.

The entire home was remodeled 3 years ago. It is a split entry with open floor plan for kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and laundry downstairs. New two toned paint throughout, LVT flooring in kitchen, living room, bathrooms, hallways and entry. New carpet throughout, new kitchen/bathroom cabinets, granite countertops, new sinks, and full remodeled bathrooms etc. There is a new large deck off the back for entertaining and an oversized 2 car garage with 220 outlet and plenty of additional parking, even space for a trailer if needed. Plenty of storage space and home has a walk out basement.

You can't beat this location. Close to freeway, schools, businesses and restaurants. Landlord takes care of garbage, water and lawn care services.
