The lot is full of beautiful trees & landscaping. Great Location!! ALSO very close to Northview Elementary School, Dakota Hills Middle School, Eagan High School, Cub Foods, Patrick Eagan Park and the City of Eagan Nature Park great for running, snow shoeing or hiking/biking with trails to McCarthy Lake and zipline. There is HEAVY construction around it right now. It should be completed in the fall
