    "This area is very unique as it has lots of sports facilities, such as well maintained soccer fields, ice skating rinks, tennis courts, basketball courts, softball courts as well as the Wild River water park. There’s a weekly farmers market and many special events are held here. Eg. Irvine Global Festival, Mooncake festival, etc There’s also lots of open spaces for walking, cycling or skateboarding."
