The price includes the monthly rent, weekly trash, and high speed internet. There is a power purchase agreement for solar so the electricity bill is lower than electricity from SDGE.

The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac that is walking distance to the back side of Cowles Mountain with easy access to the 52 and 125 freeways. Every major store you need is within a 10 minute drive- Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, Sprouts, Vons, Food 4 Less, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
