There is a lot of closet space throughout the house; the bedroom closets have organizers in them, a storage closet in the hall plus a newer full size washer and dryer inside the home. There is plenty of parking with a 2 car garage and drive way. The entire yard is fenced in and low maintenance, there is a small side yard and a back yard with custom planter beds and a custom patio. The price includes the monthly rent, weekly trash, and high speed internet. There is a power purchase agreement for solar so the electricity bill is lower than electricity from SDGE.

The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac that is walking distance to the back side of Cowles Mountain with easy access to the 52 and 125 freeways. Every major store you need is within a 10 minute drive- Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, Sprouts, Vons, Food 4 Less, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

The home will be available early August with a flexible move in date. 1 year lease required, may consider a longer term. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with pet deposit.
