Military is welcome! Change of station clause is not a problem.
Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash collection charges during the term of this lease. Tenant agrees to place all such accounts in Tenant's name. If the Padre Dam Municipal Water District places a lien against the property for unpaid water charges accrued during Tenant's tenancy, Tenant shall remain fully liable for such charges, including reimbursement to Landlord for any amounts Landlord must pay to release such lien. Failure to pay water charges shall constitute a material breach of the lease.
