Imperial Beach has that small California surf town vibe, with great shops, restaurants, the pier and the beach all within walking distance of our property. Ocean Breeze is a six-unit, two-story, pet-friendly complex with all one-bedroom, one-bath units that are approximately 600 square feet. They have been fully remodeled and upgraded inside and out, with tile floors, granite countertops and designer lighting and fixtures.

We are a pet-friendly community with an additional $40 rent per pet per month, a $300 pet deposit per pet, and a limit of two pets per unit. We would love to meet your pet. Dog breed restrictions apply, as do barking/noise restrictions. (No Bully Breeds as defined by the insurance industry: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.)

There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
