This is a spacious (1515sqft) 3-story duplex unit consisting of 4 bedrooms/2.5baths in a newer constructed building (built in 2015). The first floor features a kitchen + living area with a half bath, washer & dryer, deep storage closet and large entryway area to store larger items like bicycles & kayaks/paddleboards. The 2nd floor features two bedrooms with one full bathroom. The third floor is identical to the second floor with another two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedrooms have tall ceilings and are on opposite sides of the building for privacy. All bedrooms have two great large windows and new cordless blinds. Each bedroom has their own wall-mounted AC unit and wall-mounted cadet heater. The 1st floor has a ductless heating & air system.

Option to rent one floor (two bedrooms) with a private bathroom for $1700/month or rent one bedroom and share a full bathroom with one other tenant on your floor for $850/month (all utilities included).

Unit has a small outdoor BBQ area with 2 tandem parking spaces plus additional nearby gravel and street parking.

Please note, the property manager will be filling the other rooms with potentially different move-in dates to allow you the flexibility to set your own move-in date. This eliminates the stress of coordinating with other roommates and being held liable if they fail to pay rent.

The first available move-in date is March 8th.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults. If couples want to rent and share one bedroom, they would need to rent two bedrooms and use one as a private office/living room area.

Please note, three of the four bedrooms are currently available.

House culture: all tenants must be respectful, clean and quiet. This is not a party house. You may walk downtown and utilize Bend's wonderful restaurant/bar scene for social gatherings. This home is a peaceful and professional place for tenants. Absolutely no smoking or use of illegal drugs. No pets allowed.

Security Deposit: $1,200 per bedroom. $500 holding deposit is due within 24 hours of your application being accepted. Holding deposit will be applied towards move-in costs but will be nonrefundable should you back out of the lease before move-in.

All applicants must pick up a physical application at the property. Please message to arrange a date and time to tour the unit and get an application. Secondly, tenants must complete a Zillow background check to ensure all tenants have good credit and clear criminal and eviction history.

Co-signers are allowed for tenants who do not gross 3x rent.
