The huge, South-facing deck is accessed from both the living room and the hall, is half-walled for safety and privacy, and perfect for sunning year round.The master suite has travertine tile floors, views to Mexico, built-in book shelves, two very large walk-in closets, 4 large storage closets, vanity with stainless double sink and lots of storage, and a beautiful, huge, slate shower room with two independent showers. The downstairs suite walks out to a large, fully finished, enclosed, California room with oak laminate floors, views to Mexico over the yard, huge storage closet and doors out to the back yard. There is a gigantic laundry room with large capacity washer and gas dryer, lots of shelving and clothes folding area. The private back yard is 1/3 acre of manicured, drought resistant, mature landscaping on 3 levels including shade trees, palm tree, large euphorbia, cactus and citrus trees. There are wide stairs that lead down into the canyon, which contains a beautiful, 10' x 20' wooden gazebo and lots of decking. This is an ideal spot for outdoor eating or entertaining and is the perfect outdoor spot for summer enjoyment on even the hottest of days. The entire yard is automatically irrigated.
