This is a new, fully furnished, modern farmhouse style home located in a very safe, family friendly neighborhood in the beautiful Heber Valley.

You are within walking distance from the elementary school, the middle school, and the high school.

At 3,000 square feet you will have plenty of room for any size family. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms contain a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the bedroom across the hall, and two twin size beds in the other upstairs bedroom. Each bedroom downstairs is furnished with twin size bunkbeds.

In the basement you will find a fully furnished home theatre, complete with a surround sound system, 82" smart tv, and deep seating sectional. Additionally, there is a treadmill for working out and a jungle gym room for children.

Upstairs there is a full size kitchen with enough room to seat ten. In the living room there is a sectional, a built out fireplace, and a tv.

We have a range of lease options, and the price per month increases with each successive decrease in lease time.

The backyard is fenced in, providing you with private outdoor space to enjoy with your group.

This house is in a prime location. You're minutes away from world-class fly-fishing, ATV and mountain biking trails, climbing, golfing, and snowmobile trails. In addition to the three amazing ski resorts listed above, there are another four (Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude) within a 50 minute drive.

The Salt Lake City Airport is a short 50 minute drive.
Downtown Park City is 20 minutes away.

Owner will keep all utilities under their name for anything shorter than a full year lease, but the renter will still be responsible for reimbursing owner for all utility charges during their lease period.
