Our condo is located in the exclusive and beautiful Del Mar Beach Club. It is a secure, gated complex with all of the amenities: 4 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a great workout room and private beach access a few feet from the condo. It is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, pails, shovels everything you'll need for a fabulous day at the beach!

The Travertine Stone floors throughout living area, kitchen, dining and hallways keep this beautiful oceanfront condo nice and cool throughout the summer! The gourmet kitchen, dining and living area enjoy views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean! The unit has a nice size living room that overlooks the ocean and may have one of the all time great views. It has a 55 inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD, cable and WiFi, a large sectional sofa and a beautiful wood burning fireplace. Dining table and area seat 7. Master has King size bed, flat screen TV and DVD. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and a Twin daybed.

Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, whales and seals play in the majestic water...feel the cool breeze...smell the fresh ocean air and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the white sandy beach!

This rental is available for only July 11-July 18

Price $4,500 includes tax, cleaning with returnable $500 security deposit.
