No cats please. Pet fee is 500.00.

Lease is for one year starting september 1, 2026. First and last month rent plus one month security due upon move in. Included utilities are high speed internet, trash and water. Electric and gas not included. Use of tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym, jacuzzi and 4 pools are included. Full beach access stairway and rec room use included,
