The apartment has a garage and a 2nd off-street parking space.
Floor area: 700 sq-ft. Ceiling fans in every room. Cross-ventilation from sea breezes with openable windows.
New carpet and lights throughout. New tankless water heater, with a recent washer-dryer and stove.
No smoking or vapo-devices in the building or on the premises. No pets, service dogs or emotional-support animals.
Will landscape the fenced yard as a play area for a child. Grow vegetables and flowers there.
One-year lease. $2,100 per month and $2,100

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
