Home is receiving new flooring, landscape and updating before new lease. I am the owner and I do not slum so the house is ALWAYS taken care of. House will rent fast as it always does for the price and location, so first qualified gets it!

Atlantic Beach Elementary is an extremely exceptional school. The teachers and staff do a wonderful job of making the students, parents and visitors feel welcome and safe. The classrooms are organized, inviting and well managed. I look forward to volunteering there whenever I can.

"The area has gotten a lot more crowded. Still very nice and quiet, but many of the trees have been removed to clear land for new construction. Closer to the beach is more quiet and less crowded though."
