About this House

We love this house and we hope you do too! This Ranch Style Home is located in a neighborhood that is just across the street from stunning Windsor Lake and bike/walking paths to Boardwalk Park, Downtown Windsor, Windsor Schools, Community and Rec. Center, King Soopers and so much more. There is a quaint little neighborhood park with pavilion on the southeast corner of the neighborhood, great for kids. This house has a great open floor plan, two car garage, lovely front patio and an unfinished basement which can be set up to keep you cool in the summer months, used for storage or works great for game, movie or entertainment nights. In the last few years the hardwood floors have been refinished, carpet has been updated and some of the landscaping refreshed as well as a freshly painted exterior. We have solar panels installed on the roof to help cut energy costs throughout the year and most of the larger kitchen appliances were upgraded a few years ago. There is a nice patio in the backyard with two garden boxes that lead to a beautifully sized yard that is easy to maintain yet large enough for kids to play or adults to entertain. We hope to welcome you to your new home!

    "In all honesty Windsor has lost its small town feel. Neighbors used to know one another and lookout for each other. Now, there are so many transplants that do not abide by traffic rules, bring back woods mentality with them and could care less about their neighbors. We have beautiful parks and recreational areas, but not very friendly or neighborly vibe. "
