FRONT YARD: Two water spigots for gardening or washing cars and or big toys with three large parking spaces to utilize for arts and crafts or workshop.

BACK YARD: Two large oak trees with large shaded areas to relax and watch animals or kids to the squirrels play. Eddison string of lights for entertainment in the evenings. Gas outlet for BBQ or heating lamps to entertain with friends, family, loved ones or neighbors.
