Master bedroom is carpeted and approx.. 15'x16' with a 9'x9' walk in closet, the master bath has a corner Jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower built with 2 shower heads a 7' high. Two other bedrooms are carpeted and are approx. 15'x11' & 15'x12' each with a walk in closet. The 4th bedroom has laminate flooring and is approx. 16'x12' with a walk in closet & has been used a den or office. The house flooring is laminate, carpet & tile. There are 3 solar tubes for added light, one in the main entry, and one each in the guest baths. The outside is a useable 5 acre parcel that is completely fenced with horse fencing and cross fenced. There is approx. 3 acres with 3 large gate accesses ready for livestock or a home vineyard. There is a descent sized walk in chicken coupe and yard for poultry and another small fenced area. There is a large fenced garden area and a fun garden shed with attached green house. Landscaping is modest and drought tolerant leaving room for your own personalization or enjoy as is. There is a 480' well drilled in 2018 and a 5,000 gallon storage tank. New water softener and home filtration system. Also there is a renter with a lease until Dec.
There is an easement for a gas line thru the front of the property. Septic report & Title report done.
This is a beautiful area with a gorgeous view of vineyards and hills, there are 8 lots on this cul-de-sac in the middle of no where. Peaceful and quite with great neighbors.
