The unit offers large windows allowing for a lot of light completely new and renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer included, solar panels.
The bedroom is one of two and is the largest one and closest to the restroom. The other tenant is the owner's mom who is mostly with the family at the front house. Excellent for a single person, student, or creative looking for a quiet and clean environment in an excellent area. Just a few minutes to Highland Park and South Pasadena.
