Also located at the edge of the lawn are two (2) adjacent dog pens with a concrete slab, there is underground electricity to the dog pens.
The house is approximately 3,000 square foot (inclusive of a nice sized finished attic area). There are three (3) large size bedrooms, and two (2) full bathrooms. A large kitchen and dining area that has <four (4) year old GE appliances, and new granite cabinet tops with a new faucet. The living room and entry hall have hardwood floors installed in the 1960's while the rest of the living areas had the flooring replaced within the last three (3) years. The high definition shingle roof and ridge vents were replaced just two (2) years ago. An addition built in 1995 added a nice sized sunroom, a large modern bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. All the fireplaces (except for one) has copper gas lines routed to them for gas log installation if so desired. The living room fireplace has a wood burning fire insert with a forced air blower. The house has a 5 ton LP gas pack HVAC unit for downstairs and a 2 ton split gas furnace for the upstairs HAVC. Everything that makes heat within the house operates on LP gas with the clothes dryer having the option for either gas or electricity.
