Vintage 1923 Historic Mediterranean Revival Home built by the pioneer developer Walter C. Hardesty. Named as "Casa de Fuentes,'' this home was one of the sixteen original homes created by Walter and his wife Annie for their Rio-Vista-on-the-Halifax subdivision. The original architecture of the home has not been altered and maintains the original design as envisioned by the Miami-based architectural firm Collins & Sheffield in the early 1920's. The current owner has tastefully restored and preserved the historic qualities and architectural details to make this a truly one of a kind home. Attention detail and immaculate maintenance exudes from the home as you walk from room to room and around the resort like exterior. This home will be eligible as a National Historical Site in a few years.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
