Named as ''Casa Alcazar ,'' this home was one of the sixteen original homes created by Walter and his wife Annie for their Rio-Vista-on-the-Halifax subdivision. The original architecture of the home has not been altered and maintains the original design as envisioned by the Miami-based architectural firm Collins & Sheffield in the early 1920's. The current owner has tastefully restored and preserved the historic qualities and architectural details to make this a truly one of a kind home.4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a detached one car garage. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a double sink and a beautiful stained glass window.
