Note: Home is on Solar in owner's name, which has rarely gone over, unless AC is being run a tremendous amount, so if owner's invoice is over $15 per month, the tenant will be charged the overage amount for electricity, otherwise there will be nothing due each month. Landscaping is for surrounding property. Tenant will be responsible for their private back yard area landscaping. Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Gas via a private Propane tank for the guest house unit only, serviced by Fallbrook Propane Co. Overage amount above $15 on electricity will be charged to tenant if and when it occurs. This home has central heating and ceiling fans, no AC, and is on septic. A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home.
