Within walking distance of of Heritage Port and river walking trails, Capital Music Hall, Wesbanco Arena and downtown bars and restaurants. The apartment features original hardwood floors, central heat and AC, laundry facilities and private parking lot. Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Master bedroom with large walk in closet and 2nd Bedroom. Private outside deck in back.

We require $900 security deposit and $900 first month's rent when signing lease. All utilities to be paid by tenant. No Smoking, No Cats, small breed dogs allowed.

    "I grew up in Wheeling and it was very safe and a great place to raise a family.It is somewhat different now but still remains a great family community.Good housing.Decent schools,especially private-Linsly.I and my children went there.We were ell prepared for college and beyond including advanced and professional degrees.Wheeling has a great park for a smaller city.Close to Pittsburgh and Columbus for airports,fine dining,concerts,clothing,etc"
