It includes new appliances (including a new in-unit washer and dryer), access to outdoor patio and dining area. Lots of light (see views from the inside, below).

Ideally, a one year lease but negotiable. Dogs are okay--and the outdoor area is fenced in and dog friendly but my home owner's insurance precludes certain breeds of dogs (unfortunately).
