The desk area will provide you for a quick laptop work. Bedding, towels, kitchen appliances and pots & pans and utensils - You can move in with your suitcases. You will have a parking spot on site. It's in a Historic Upton area of St. Petersburg - Walking distance to the St. Anthony's hospital, a grocery store (open late night), magnificent coffee houses, great restaurants, and art-filled down town area - St. Pete's wonderful museums is near-by. Several blocks for Vinory Park and Pier waterfront for sunny day or cool breeze evening. It is perfect for a person who works a lot and needs a place to rest, but wants to enjoy arts and beaches for the off-days!

Utilities are included in the rent for short term tenants (Min.3-mos strongly preferred). For longer term tenants, you will be responsible for utilities. There is only one electrical meter so the landlord will calculate utility usage bills at the end of each month. This unit can only accommodate one-person. There is one parking spot in the driveway and street parking. Security deposit equals one month's rent. NO smoking (or candles that causes wax damages) allowed on site. Tenant is responsible for trash disposal each week. Cost for any damage, repairs and cleaning required at the end of your stay will be deducted from your security deposit as we see fit and according to the language of the executed lease.

    "I hate to say this, but there are several sexual predators in this area. St. Vincent de Paul is 3 blocks from where I live, so there are people from there who come around and go behind the large trash cans across my alley to urinate."
