Every week, you hear gunshots and police sirens, and—unfortunately—car thefts occur. , the HOA issues weekly fines for minor infractions, and the rent keeps going up. Wellington has an active pool community that has community events, swim team,etc. An ice cream truck comes around the neighborhood, and lots of people feel safe exercising, walking their dog in the neighborhood. Greenway connects, so great for running, walking and beautiful scenery. I love it here!"
