Room Description

Two Rooms Available in Spacious, Well-Kept Home

I am looking for two male roommates to share a recently updated, spacious, and comfortable home. The rooms would be an excellent fit for graduate students or young professionals who value a respectful and friendly living environment.

Both rooms are in the basement, but have ample natural light and share a full bathroom.

The home offers bright bedrooms, generous closet space, multiple bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, and several furnished common areas. There is plenty of room for studying, working from home, relaxing, or hosting a small group. Additional features include central heating and air conditioning, abundant natural light, ample storage, a detached garage, porch, and comfortable shared living and dining spaces.

We are recent graduate students and hope to have a home marked by mutual respect and cleanliness. Prospective roommates should be comfortable living in a Christian household and ideally be interested in developing a positive sense of community rather than simply sharing expenses.

"We definitely need a car to live here. Public transportation is only Metra and limited buses. Downtown is about 30 miles and can be reached using Metra."
  • Rachel Williams
"20 min to Bloomingdale, not much traffic. Lots of traffic going into the city. Roosevelt road going east can get very backed up. "
  • Rebecca Strain
"A lot of people walk dogs across the street from my apartment complex. They pick up after their pets. Also there are several public parks nearby and Iโ€™ve seen people playing with their dogs there. Itโ€™s beautiful and safe in this neighborhood."
