"This area is mixed bag, some people are friendly, and some aren’t.. were traveling physicians.. and all we do is travel for work, we bounce from the east coast to the west, the east coast is much friendlier.. it has the Midwest values that California has mostly lost, because we travel so much, people are everything to us..most states have a beauty in one fashion or another, so each state has something to offer as far as typography is concerned, but as time goes on , affordability is becoming very important as well as the people.. you definitely notice the difference between coasts.. "Nice area for dogs- reasonably sized yards, a park nearby, and lots of people walking their dogs. Unfortunately though, people do tend to drive far too fast, so pedestrians definitely need to be aware."

"Awesome quiet are that is both family friendly and fun for couples and singles. Everyone is super-friendly and know eachother on a first name basis. There is always parking and no one even parks in front of your home unless asks. It is also close to many parks and great restaurants. We have lived here two years and love every bit of it and plan on growing old here!"
