There is no wall in the backyard it's all open desert and wildlife so keep an eye on small children. Pet deposit. (Additionally, wildlife in the area can pose a danger to unattended pets.) Leave pet on a leash at all times outside. no wall in backyard and front courtyard has plans and irrigation that we don't want destroyed.
*No hot items on kitchen counters Please use hot pads that are supplied to you to avoid damage. Located on countertops and under oven.
*Be mindful of stairs inside and pavers outside please so watch your step.
*Return Roku remotes Before you leave, place all remotes back where you found them.
*Toilet Use Only flush toilet paper due to being on Septic tank.
*Pls don't put food down the drain as well, if possible, we do have a garbage disposal but if you can pls throw away.
*Pls be very careful with piano.
*All plants are on an irrigation and does not need to be watered.
*Wash machine rubber piece that has black on it is not dirty its very clean it just stained.
*The Wood top separating the kitchen and dining pls don't place anything on wood nor stand or sit up there. Scratches easily.
* If you want to use fireplace pls buy the 3- or 4-hour logs. Don't want big fires in fireplace.
* Parking Park inside the garage or under the awning if needed.
*TV & Streaming Accounts Remember to into your personal accounts
* Child Safety Please supervise children around the kitchen chairs and bunk
beds to prevent falls or injuries.
