Let’s face it the housing market is crazy right now. Rising on average of 5% per year with a astonishing nearly 20% spike last year. In this economy… I know, it’s crazy right? The buyer will be responsible for transportation of the unit after finalization of paperwork and payment of the sale.(only the mobile home is for sale. Meaning no land or acres are included) This unit was constructed in 1995 by silhouette homes with 3/4 inch plywood sub flooring. Something unheard of with todays lumber prices. The purchase of this home includes the following. Oven with stove top & hood, washer & dryer, refrigerator, microwave, a new ac unit replaced the original a few years back that is also included.
