Highway 583 #WP001, Jayess, MS 39641

I've had nothing but trouble out of this school and I have 3 kids attending to it. They ask for money for a party or something it seems every month. More than any school I've had to deal with. They playground is the same equipment that's been there for at least 20 years. I'm curious where does all their money go because it does not go into upgrading or doing repairs to the school. I've had issues with one of my kids teacher's and have done called the principal and the school board and they still haven't got back with me. Their grading system is horrible. They expect for a first grader to do the work exactly like the teacher and if they don't work it like that and still get every problem right they only get a 50 because they didn't do it right. No everybody learns the same way if the answer is right that's what matters. Then on top of it I get called and told my sons bus is running late if I wanted to come get him so I said yeah cause he has an appointment we have to get to. I drive 30 minutes to the school and they put him on the bus! Ended up making him miss a very important appointment. My kids will not be returning to that school after this year.
