Cozy 2/1 cabin home ideal for a couple's summer or fall seasonal rental. Completely furnished with all amenities - washer/dryer, TV, wi-fi, and hot tub. All utilities are included. Ten minute drive from beautiful Lake Chatuge, fifteen minute drive from Jack Rabbit hiking and biking trail on the Nantahala National Park, a twenty minute drive to Fires Creek picnic
hiking and fishing, and a ten minute drive to downtown Hayesville. This cabin/home is perfectly situated between Franklin and Murphy.

This is an extended seasonal rental property. Leases are from 1 - 3 month seasonal rentals with the possibility to extend up to 6 months with approval from owner.

Garbage will be taken care of by the owner. Cleaning will be the responsibility of the seasonal renter except for the final cleaning upon vacating the premises. There is a 100 cleaning fee for the final cleaning.

This is a NO SMOKING home.

The driveway will not accommodate more than two small SUVs or one pick-up truck.

The properties are very well kept and people take pride in the community. The lake is beautiful and the town is surrounded by it. Hayesville NC is just on the borderline of Hiawassee GA.
