"Nice and easy. Takes about 25 minutes to get to work but it’s a straight shot and not much traffic. Have to deal with a lot of semis in this area which is a negative about living here but other than that really nice drive. "

"I pretty much work all the time. But it is a wonderful, quiet community with lots of great places to eat or drink. Delaware does a first Friday event every month downtown, and people love it. Plus a farmers market twice a week during the summer. "

"First off the location is great and a really good school system. 23 looks scary but if you take the back road it's actually a lot faster and a nicer drive. There is a healthy kid population in this neighborhood as well."
