The patio furniture is only for use during the summer months. Guests have private and full access to the security system for the home.

A fully furnished home in the Perry District is available for a month-month lease until April 30th, 2025. All utilities are included in the rent. Non-smoking unit.

    "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

I've heard mixed things about the area, but what seems to be most true is the fact that it really can change from street to street, like drastically (or so I hear).
