Month-to-month lease. No smoking. Overnight guests allowed on weekends only (Friday and Saturday, unless otherwise approved). Please keep your room, bathroom, and shared spaces clean so the home stays nice for everyone. Room and bath should be left in original condition at move-out. House cleaner comes twice a month.
