The furnished bedroom is available for one person and includes a detached bathroom and access to seconf bathroom, large closet, and lots of natural light. The home has a shared kitchen and 3 living rooms, private patio, central A/C and heat, dishwasher, and BBQ areas. Water, trash, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in rent. Great location near:

About us:
We're a family of four, husband and wife in our 40s. my oldest son is 18 and is going to college overseas in January, my younger son is 15 years old and is a sophomore in high school.

We both work full time and are active so we are out most days and normally spent time together in the evening but we are out doing fun things on weekend.

We love having a home that feels clean, comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. We're pretty easygoing and would love to find someone around our age who is respectful, responsible, and a good communicator. I

We will have rental agreement. Application fee of $50 can be waived if you have verifired references.
