As is made obvious from the photos, the two remaining residents work in Film and TV, and would prefer a roommate in a similar field (though not a prerequisite for consideration).

There is a two car garage that's been converted into a workout space where we have a workout bike, a bench/squat rack, and dumbells. Area around apartment has plenty of street parking.

Apartment is a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Rey and the Toes beach/bike path.

5 minute drive to LAX Aiport.

Manhattan Beach, Playa Vista, El Segundo, Marina Del Rey, Culver City and Venice Beach are all extremely close. Santa Monica is typically 15-45 minutes depending on traffic.

In the unfortunate instance there is another pandemic, we'd like a roommate that's been vaccinated.

One roommate has an older, very friendly Bull Terrier, so any potential roommate must be comfortable and not allergic around dogs.

Complete kitchen has all kitchen goods and amenities including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc.

Both Washer and Dryer are in unit as well.

The rest of apartment to share is fully furnished, comfortable with entertainment center, and virtually every streaming service. Rather than cable, we have the highest speed internet Spectrum offers and most of the streaming services.

 No other animals, or cigarette smoking.
