"Neighborhood is decent and lots of diversity. The HOA leaves much to be desired and not Al community members respect the looks and common spaces."
  • Trulia User
"Plenty of parks and open areas for dogs to run around. Sidewalks are new & well constructed. It is a newer community & growing rapidly. "
  • Trulia User
"theirs a few community parks around the area as well as recreational areas to walk them. only issue people that have pets dont pick up their pets poop."
  • Trulia User
"our street, everyone waves. says hello. keeps their yards fairly clean and is very festive during holidays. "
  • Trulia User
"my neighborhood has convinent routes to get to public transportation. and many stops to catch public transportation. "
  • Aj P. I.
"Nice neighborhood for the most part. Nice being close to a school. Neighbors mind their business. "
  • Bespinosa1172
"Dog owners would like to see more cleaningness and not like about having their dogs roaming around my yard"
  • Victoria B.
"You always see dog owners walking with their dogs in the mornings and the evenings. You might not like that others don’t pick up after their dogs "
  • Garcianatalie95
"What’s unique is people walk around looking for things to take from peoples property, and nothing has changed with in the last year "
  • Imelda Y. J.
"no community events. sometimes school fall festival. other than that it's a quite community. every one keeps to themselves "
  • Imelda Y. J.
"Lived here for over 3 years and I love it here. Quiet area during the day and at night as well. Not far from schools and grocery stores. "
  • Michael Y. S.
"I've lived here for 3 years. Other than drivers running 67th Ave is a drag strip, the area is nice and quiet. The homes are well-designed, and plenty of good schools nearby. I hope a mall and movie theater open up closer by, though. Right now, the nearest movie theater is 99th Ave and McDowell."
  • Yesenia C.
"Had a dog I always walked at the local park in the evenings, not too packed just a few joggers & a local mini soccer team practicing. Very safe."
  • Yesenia C.
"There is a large park that is always kept clean with stops specifically made for people with dogs, doggy bags available. There are always people walking their pets, I even take my dog every other day & never run into any issues. People jogging, kids playing, local sports teams practicing. It is located directly behind a high school & next to some farms. No real danger found like more inner city neighborhoods."
  • Teri F.
"normally great access to i-10, 101 & i-17 until recently when it has been terrible due to the 202 west freeway construction. but when its finished, it will be awesome"
  • Suzanne L
"My neighbors have some parties, but we are not invited. We likely would not attend, so that is fine. We have lived here for almost 20 years and only had 2-3 times a party near us was fairly loud."
  • Teri F.
"there is a dog & house park here but with the new freeway going in, o wouldn't let them out no associations fees or rules. horse properies too. always see someone riding their horse down the street"
  • Amyelson1
"Dog owners would love the walks to the parks and trails. No fear of cars speeding. People very fond of their own dogs too!"
  • Gunny
"This is a great neighborhood! 99% of the homeowners keep up their homes. I landscaping is awesome with a great view of the Estrella Mountains. A good place to raise a family."
  • Vincent M.
"This community is very safe and wonderful to live in however management is very picky and their policy sometimes affect everyone ."
  • Jennifer S.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood since it opened in 2001. Many families have come and gone, but there have been consistency on my street. The South Mountain 202 is going to be a great connecting freeway close to the neighborhood."
  • Kcpalos
"Unique? We have an HOA that does nothing to upkeep the neighborhood but still collects HOA fees every month. (Cars constantly parked in the streets so an accident is waiting to happen since you have to squeeze through 2 rows of cars and pray someone isn't coming the other way or kids aren't about to run out from behind the cars you cant see passed. Trash is dumped all over the place from couches to beds. Neighbors have weeds waist level all around the community. So in my opinion an HOA that does absolutely nothing is pretty "unique""
  • Leah
"Walmart is close, school bus stops is near by and schools as well. Pharmacy and neighbors are friendly "
  • Dmelodymusic
"It’s a nice quiet neat and clean neighborhood the houses on relatively new and in good shape. Does not appear to have a lot of riffraff or unsavory is the visuals"
