Description

End unit with new windows, doors, carpet, basement was waterproofed and is unfinished, this is being worked on now. Most of the home has been remodeled or repainted and made to look very nice. Great starter home or even long term if you have a small family. This house is located near 95 and 695, so it is always easy to get to a highway. The neighborhood is quiet. This is an ideal home for a couple without children or up to three children at the most. The mortgage would be very attractive, especially if you put all tertiary costs into escrow. I am happy with this end unit home, it gives you a little more space than other homes on the block. It has a Japanese Maple Tree in the front yard, adding to its curb appeal. It has a Galley kitchen, but I have done my best to streamline it and the entire kitchen is updated. If you are interested in a home, I would be willing to sell it for 135k. Please remember that all the windows (17 total so it gets great natural light) are new, all entry and storm doors are new, and the basement will not flood as a new French Drain with sump pump and well have been installed. The basement is a very large space that has potential for any type of room usage. The back yard has a Dogwood Tree in the back corner and it provides beauty when it blooms and shade when it is not. The yard is fences and receives plenty of sunlight. This is an end of unit so there is also yard/lawn space on the side of the house. There is a covered porch with a white fence around the porch. The front yard/lawn is open. Thank you for your time in reading about my home.

"Grew up in neighborhood. Pretty quiet area. Homes are built with builder grade materials and there will be minor issues, but not as bad as homes built after the 2010s. No major complaints, but it’s not particularly diverse."
