Description

Starting fresh has never looked this good. Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Northfield at Heartland Crossing, this move-in-ready ranch delivers the kind of effortless, single-level living that lets you focus on what matters - not a to-do list. Every major update has already been done for you. Soaring vaulted ceilings and gleaming Luxury Vinyl Plank floors greet you at the door, opening into a 22x16 great room built for real life - weekend mornings, dinner gatherings, movie nights. The updated kitchen shines with brand-new countertops, a new dishwasher, and an eat-in layout that keeps everyone connected. Fresh paint and brand-new carpet throughout mean you walk in and exhale. The primary suite is a genuine retreat - 15x13 with a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms flex as a home office, guest room, or creative space. The privacy-fenced backyard with covered patio is yours to own, morning coffee or evening unwind. Roof and gutters: 1 year old. AC: 4 years old. Pre-listing inspection complete means no surprises. This one checks every box at a price that makes it possible. Schedule your showing before someone else does. Owner-occupants: current taxes do not reflect homestead exemptions - your actual tax bill will be significantly lower. A 3D virtual tour is available - but this one shows even better in person. Agent owned. Back on market due to buyer's financing being declined.

"Very good neighborhood I live here for 3 years with problem at all I would like to buy my house here "
  • Lea Mishell
"Originally from St. Louis, I have lived in this neighborhood since 2023. As I am on a main street, it gets cleared relatively quickly after snow storms. My only complaint: no sidewalks on 135/S Meridian St"
  • Jennifer Leeds Byerly
"Close community that really watches out for each other and animals in the area. Deep sense of pride in this area"
  • William Stoll
"It backs up to a nice park with recreation areas and a golf course. There’s always events going on near the area such as food vendors, car shows etc."
  • 85xjtwh6zq
"There is a dog park, and it is quite dog friendly. People are always walking their dogs and excercising by the river. "
  • Lauren Geist
"Plenty of sidewalks and many other dog walkers & owners on every block. Friendly neighbors that care for their animals"
  • Attymarshall
"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years. The residents keep the houses up and it is a relatively safe area. It is also close to I 65 and downtown."
  • Lauren Geist
"Many dog owners in this neighborhood. Friendly owners that take care of their furry family members!!!! "
  • Danni
"The Halloween festival is a lot of fun with lots of cool costumes and cool booths to check out. There’s usually food trucks and drink options too. Parking is very tricky for this event, but if you live close enough you can just walk"
  • Xmhdqqftw8
"Not sure. I have cats. I see people walking them. Not any dog parks in this area and smaller yard sizes "
  • Zanna dibartoli
"The 500 race makes it’s fun here!! we live close to Speedway not really downtown Indy , so I don’t know what events there are besides the 500 oh there’s the brickyard that’s really fun too. "
  • Trulia User
"Ok. There’s sometimes too much traffic but, I guess that’s normal. Some traffic lights could be synced better. And they need to do something about the potholes in some of the central downtown area of Indianapolis. More turn signals could be added to some of these lights as well may I add. Other than that it really just depends on where you stay on how you feel how the area is. I can’t complain. Indianapolis is an amazing place to raise a beautiful family as well as go to school. Great learning opportunities and the nightlife is cool. It can get violet sometimes, especially with the youth right now, but I truly believe that Indianapolis can get better. It’s up to the elders, middle aged, and adults to come together to help our community come back togethers as one. It definitely takes a village for our youth so we might as well come back together as a village to finish helping grow our youth and younger generation into the smart people they can be."
  • Brownronesha452
"It’s a busy area a bunch a drivers, many ducks, grounds aren’t too clean but not because of trash but because of the duck poop. The people are nice. The drivers are mindful but along the still speed "
  • Nvhnc7btp8
"Excellent schools and park in historic Herron-Morton Place. Lots of families with children and pet families. Family and pet friendly restaurants, ice cream shop and other food and beverage amenities as well"
  • Maloys
"Trick or treating for Halloween in October and also Christmas lights during the winter season around Christmas "
  • Dewaddle
"All kinds of great dog walking in the area both on the streets and in the woods. Great pads to take you down to the White river or you can see all kinds of wildlife, including bald eagles, river, otters, and all kinds of fun things for your dog to want to chase."
  • Elliott.donna1
"Dogs get walked but the street is too busy to let them loose. Plenty of space behind us to walk them "
  • Debi Woodmansee
"I live a few minutes drive to local dining options and grocery stores, hospitals and the library. 13 minutes to my work. "
  • Joseph.moellman
"Community events where everyone feels welcome and contributes to a wonderful and safe neighborhood. "
  • Dawn Williams
"I really like the neighborhood and the location, but I wish they would do a better job cleaning up the crime around here"
  • Leslie Brown
"For their children to watch out for the stray dogs in the neighborhood and it’s a couple of parks for the kids to go to when it’s warm out and they have swimming pools as well "
