"lived here all my life. quiet, friendly neighborhood near the university. Perry township schools are excellent, and very short distance to interstate and several bus stops. great neighbors, my large male pitbull has got out a few times and every time was back home shortly after thanks to helpful neighbors. "

"Not many places to go with your dogs, a lot of stray cats run around the neighborhood so if your dog has little self control it can be a bit of a hassle. "

"its nice and quiet around. the area is close to every thing you might need. the police are a bit over populated and the lack of bike lanes causes issues for me"

"Perfect for those who would take the red line. Unique new restaurant within walking distance. Fun university neighborhood. Great place for walks in the afternoon. Safe and quiet- protected by uindy police. "

"Have lived here for 2.5 years and it is a neighborhood that will hopefully get better in time. A lot of random people walking through and through traffic speeds. Needs speed bumps and patrols. "

"Great area to live and relax. 10 minute drive to downtown and close to 465 and 65 for easy access anywhere. 3 parks are in walking distance of my home and close to Southeastway or Southwestway Indy parks for the longer hikes. Restaurants are easy to access in any direction. 20 minutes to Castleton and 20 minutes to Greenwood!"

"I like the area is close to the higway, restaurants, shopping centers, I love the fact that I can walk to eat breakfast at McDonalds, Dennis restaurants or grocery shoping like Walt mart. Higly recomend it, is a quiet community & I really enjoy it."
