The house has a new roof, new AC and all new floors and appliances, new thicker energy efficient windows, An electric vehicle charger, and security cameras located in the front and rear of the house.

The house is a duplex and the front half is for rent. It has its own private entrance and it's own washer and dryer. The furniture and appliances and TV's have less than a year of use. The house has been outfitted with large solar panels and your utility bill will likely be very low. The monthly electricity bill is usually $30 as that is the minimum Duke energy is required to charge.

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very kind. The house is conveniently located next to S. Orange Ave so commuting to all parts of Orlando is quick and easy. Parking is just up front in the driveway and is large enough for two cars. No HOA.

This one side of a duplex house was completely renovated 2 years ago with new kitchen appliances and bathroom and AC and energy efficient windows. It also has a solar system so large/ powerful that many months the utility bill is only $40. You'll have a two car driveway right in front of the house as well. Conventionally located in the center of Orlando with the airport 10 mins away. Belle Isle is also right next door so it is a very relaxed and safe neighborhood.

Renter is responsible for utilities and basic maintenance. Large repair items will be covered by the Landlord. WiFi and yard maintenance is also covered by the landlord.
