The house has high-end finishes throughout, including solid Oak kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, porcelain tile flooring in the kitchen & dining room, solid oak flooring in the rest of the house, 3 separately zoned HVAC units, and a spacious rooftop deck overlooking Mission Trails. The 40+ acre back yard goes past the horizon, consisting of a valley and 2 mountain ridges rising from 420 feet to 760 feet elevation, with a seasonal stream that runs in winter months through the valley and 40 feet to the North of the house. The back 35 acres of our land is protected San Diegan Coastal Sage Scrub habitat conservation area that has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Literally across the street from Mission Trails Regional Park, a 5-minute bike ride to 100's of stores and restaurants, a 15-minute drive to Downtown San Diego, and 20 minutes to La Jolla Shores, few other houses in the county are as conveniently located yet situated within such expansive natural beauty.

A separate detached 140sf workshop/office structure located less than 10 feet from the house is also included, perfect for a home office, yoga studio, art studio, etc. The workshop also has solid Oak flooring and a separate HVAC unit.

Rent includes water, trash, wired & wifi internet, and landscape maintenance. Tenant pays electric and a share of water usage. The house has a utility room with washer & dryer hookups. Security deposit amount is equal to one month's rent. Well-behaved pets may be OK with additional pet deposit.
