About this House

This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. the bedrooms and bath are very spacious. It has a small fenced in back yard for pets, and big front porch with some of it covered and a big front yard. It includes a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook up. It also has a walk in room off of bathroom that could be used for storage or closet.

We require a security deposit of $1,400. We allow pets but there is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit, both of these are required at move in. Our lease is 1 year with option to renew when it is up.

    "This is a sweet Mayberry type neighborhood. The neighbors are very nice and everyone looks out for one another with out being invasive. Some of the houses in the area have been let go, but are slowly being improved. Our side of the street is very nice and well maintained. The town which is a block away is nice to walk and everyone is very pleasant. Business is picking up and they have monthly fairs for the community to get together. Churches are within walking distance and all very nice."
